“OECON GROUP Bulgaria” is a consulting company and VET Provider, established in 2013, specialized in management consulting and support of vulnerable groups. OECON BG provides services for research, set up trainings, business education and employment support. The company uses three-point methodology based on (1) Identification of the Potentially Affected Groups and Understand Their Areas of Vulnerability, (2) Understand How Each Vulnerable Group is Impacted Differently, (3) Create plan and initiatives in order to minimize the created Impacts on Vulnerable Groups. OECON BG has worked with about 500 migrants, 350 Romani people, 215 women and 185 disabled and mentally ill for the last 4 years.
