Discovering the forgotten history of the Roma Holocaust changed my perspective forever. Visiting Auschwitz and learning about the persecution of Roma communities revealed how much remains unknown. This experience inspired me to raise awareness through education and dialogue. Remembering these stories is not only about the past, but also about our responsibility today. As young people, we must stay curious, ask questions, and challenge injustice. Because no community’s suffering should ever be forgotten.
